Private Sessions

We offer private individual and group classes. Choose from 4 styles of yoga (Chair, Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative) or a mix of your choice. Individual yoga training is available following a consultation. Group max: 10. *

Passive Yoga Stretch Therapy

Rooted in similar foundations as Thai Yoga massage and Assisted Stretching, passive yoga is our deep restorative and therapeutic offering, allowing students to relax as they are guided in and out of poses in a sequence unique to individual needs. Each session begins with aromatic therapy infused guided breath work, used to aid in releasing bodily tension.
